Strawberry Sorbet

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 4
• 2 cups of Strawberries*
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of Spelt Flour
• 1/2 cup of Date Sugar
• 2 cups of Spring Water
• Add Date Sugar, Spring Water, and Spelt Flour to a medium pot and boil on low
heat for about ten minutes. Mixture should thicken, like syrup.
• Remove the pot from the heat and allow it to cool.
• After cooling, add Blend Strawberry and mix gently.
• Put mixture in a container and freeze.
• Cut it into pieces, put the sorbet into a processor and blend until smooth.
• Put everything back in the container and leave in the refrigerator for at least 35
• Serve and enjoy your Strawberry Sorbet!
