Pumpkin Spice Crackers

Ingredients:
• 1⁄3 cup coconut flour
• 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
• ¾ cup sunflower seeds
• ¾ cup flaxseed
• 1⁄3 cup sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon ground psyllium husk powder
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
• 11⁄3 cups alkaline water
Directions:

  1. Set your oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Combine all dry Ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add water and oil to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Let the dough stay for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Spread the dough evenly on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Reduce the oven heat to low and bake for another 30 minutes.
  8. Crack the bread into bite-size pieces.
  9. Serve
