Overnight “Oats”

Ingredients:
• Berry of choice, .5 c
• Walnut butter, .5 tbsp.
• Burro banana, .5
• Ginger, .5 tsp.
• Coconut milk, .5 c
• Hemp seeds, .5 c
Directions:

  1. Put the hemp seeds, salt, and coconut milk into a glass jar. Mix well.
  2. Place the lid on the jar then put in the refrigerator to sit overnight.
  3. The next morning, add the ginger, berries, and banana. Stir well and enjoy.
