Chick Pea And Kale Dish

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
• 2 cups chickpea flour
• 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 cup onions, minced
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cayenne
• 4 cups spring water
• 2 tablespoons Grape Seed Oil

  1. Boil spring water in a large pot
  2. Lower heat into medium and whisk in chickpea flour
  3. Add some minced onions, diced green bell pepper, seasoning to the pot and cook
    for 10 minutes
  4. Cover dish using a baking sheet, grease with oil
  5. Pour batter into the sheet and spread with a spatula
  6. Cover with another sheet
  7. Transfer to a fridge and chill, for 20 minutes
  8. Remove from freezer and cut batter into fry shapes
  9. Preheat the Air Fryer, to 385 degrees F
  10. Transfer fries into the cooking basket, lightly greased and cover with parchment
  11. Bake for about 15 minutes, flip and bake for 10 minutes more until golden brown
  12. Serve and enjoy!
