Alkaline Salsa Mexicana

Ingredients:
• Cayenne Pepper, one (1) pinch
• Spring onions, two (2)
• Tomatoes (big), three (3)
• Cilantro (a handful)
• Juice of lime, one (1)
• Organic or sea salt (one pinch)
• Chilies (green), two (2)
• Garlic, two (2) cloves
Directions:

  1. Chop garlic cloves in tiny pieces, cut the chilies in small pieces, cut the onions in
    rings, and put the tomatoes in small cubes.
  2. There are two ways you can about it, depend on how you prefer your salsa (either
    smooth or chunky).
  3. For a smooth salsa; add all the Ingredients in a mixing pan and mix well.
  4. Empty the mix in a food processor and blast for a few seconds.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve.
  7. However, for a chunky salsa; add all Ingredients together in a mixing bowl and
    mix properly.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve.
